Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under limited conditions.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Your request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Temperature-sensitive items
- Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or provider).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
